uninstall should be traveling port list dependency tree order

Description
Have a bunch of stuff installed, then do:
port uninstall installed
Then you get (for example), this:
---> Unable to uninstall expat 2.0.1_0, the following ports depend on it: ---> gettext
I'm not about to do this N times for every dependency. Wiping /opt/local and reinstalling macports is not a suitable solution.
