ogmtools-1.5 no support for libdvdread

Description

ogmtools is compiled without support for libdvdread and thus dvdxchap isn't compiled nor installed.

Since there is a port for libdvdread I don't understand this behaviour and would like libdvdread to be supported maybe via a variant.

If needed I'm willing to submit a patch to accomplish this.
