I updated the portfile in r36397 to indicate that the mtree violation is intentional.
Yes, it's just a warning, really intended for the maintainer of the port, except that gcj34 doesn't have one. It's intentional that gcj34 violates the mtree. (It installs into
${prefix}/gcj34-3.4.6
.)
