net/rsync fails to build on Mac OS X 10.3 Panther

Description

rsync ./configure makes a poor assumption that all versions of OS X have ACL support... Attached patch disables ACL and XATTR support on the Darwin 7 platform. May also be applicable to net/rsync-devel, did not test.
