Description

Title pretty much says it all...

Looks like tcpdump.org is down (DNS problems, it seems); but I don't understand why it would fail on MacPorts' servers as well.

--->  Fetching tcpdump
--->  Attempting to fetch tcpdump-3.9.8.tar.gz from http://www.tcpdump.org/release/
--->  Attempting to fetch tcpdump-3.9.8.tar.gz from http://svn.macports.org/repository/macports/distfiles/tcpdump

MacPorts svn is always tried as a fallback, but we don't have an automated process for mirroring distfiles (yet), so they generally only get added when maintainers are made aware of problems with the normal download sites. I notice that libpcap was mirrored in r35396, but not tcpdump.
