Is the maintainer correct, as that email doesn't match the one used for bugzilla?

Yes, the maintainer is correct. It is just a mail alias, and i forgot to use it while registering to bugzilla.
Feel free to use both mail addresses for maintainer, if it makes the bugzilla process easier.

I missed the dependency to teTeX, as bibtex2html needs a working bibtex to do his job So the portfile sould contain something like depends_run bin:bibtex:teTeX
