perl/p5-net-sms depends on port:p5-xml-dom
which does not exist.

Sorry. Looks like the real solution is for the packages that depend on XML::DOM to declare p5-libxml-enno instead.

Note that installing p5-libxml-enno conflicts with p5-xml-regexp if the latter is installed. The former has superseded the latter. See #15777.

p5-xml-dom is not entirely nonexistent. narf_tm made a portfile, but it seems to have gone missing in action. I've filed a new ticket #15728.
