koffice fails during configuration

While trying to install koffice, it fails during the configuration step:

This means it has been moved since you installed it. This won't work. Please recompile kdelibs for the new prefix.

I resolved all dependencies, and tried recompiling kdelibs3 as suggested, to no avail. Running OS X 10.3.2 on a G5/1.6GHz (1.25GB RAM) Installed ports:
