sudo port install bzr-gtk fails with a bad command line in building py25-bz2

I attempted sudo port install bzr-gtk and it attempted a command that looked like (with the prior line shown and the following error text):

Duplicate of #13930. Run sudo port clean py25-bz2 and try again.
