multi-gnome-terminal install fails on gnome-libs dependency

I am trying to install the multi-gnome-terminal port and the gnome-libs dependency install fails with the following error message. Any help would be appreciated.

 udo port install -d gnome-libs--->  Staging gnome-libs into destroot
