Description
Current version of Parse::RecDescent on CPAN is 1.95.1. For some reason it's been posted as version "v1.95.1" (the "v" as part of the version in the filename).
This portfile incorporates the following changes:
- Updated version and new checksums for it.
- New dependency on p5-text-balanced (I don't know whether that's new to this version or it was just overlooked).
- Several contortions to accommodate that extra v:
- New distname format defined.
- New master_sites URL points directly at the module's home on CPAN (apparently the mirroring process doesn't like that v, either?).
- New livecheck.regex accounts for the v (but will still work without it).

Could you please separate the functional changes from the cosmetic ones?

No problem; I have reduced it to functional changes only and re-uploaded it (p5-parse-recdescent-1.95-1.diff.txt).

Here's an updated patch. I overlooked a lib dependency on p5-version and a build dependency on p5-test-simple (Test::More).
Sorry about the double upload.
