samba-4.0.0alpha2 build error - missing blkid/blkid.h

The build fails on: 

ntvfs/posix/pvfs_fsinfo.c:29:25: error: blkid/blkid.h: No such file or directory

Workaround: install e2fsprogs

This should probably be listed as a build dependency or fixed up-stream to not require e2fsprogs.

samba is now samba4 @4.0.0tp5_5, although it doesn't seem to build at present. This ticket is no longer relevant.
