Description
Choice of fortran compiler is separated from platform. gcc43 becomes default, and variants gcc42, g95, and gcc34 are provided. (gcc34 is not tested)
+shared to create shared libraries, +doc to install documents are also added

I've filed the unified diffs.
A main change is to use local.conf configuration file instead of g77_gcc.conf and gfortran_gcc_42.conf files. Compilers and compiler options are configured by replacing keywords in the local.conf file.
