Description
py25-pyqt4 failed to complete installation. I re-tried the install with -v once I uninstalled it. Attached is the output from my 2 tries.
The earlier installations that may have included the Framework area it is complaining about are: python25 mercurial

Applying the attached patch works round the problem for me (although this needs to be fixed properly #16344)
