pdftk: parallel build fails

Description
If I add "use_parallel_build yes
" to the pdftk portfile it doesn't build anymore. So I suggest adding "use_parallel_build no
" to the portfile to make it clear that this will not work. I should also inform the developers of pdftk of the problem so they can correct it.

Any reason parallel build still hasn't been disabled? MacPorts 1.8 will enable by default, so seems like a good thing to do...

No reason! I forgot I hadn't already. Done now in r56413.
I had left the ticket open because I still needed to inform the developer of the software about this problem. I have now sent him an email about it.
