ntfsprogs fails to compile with variant crypto

There seems to be a problem with a dependency (libconfig) when compiling variant +crypto. I have manually installed libconfig form ports, configure does still not find libconfig. A libconfig.pc does not exist.

ntfsprogs @2.0.0_0+crypto installs fine for me on Tiger Intel. I believe this issue was fixed by r42402.
