subversion: svnmucc command installed at the wrong place

subversion +tools is supposed to install svnmucc.

The particular files are:

  /opt/local/bin/svnmucc/svnmucc
  /opt/local/bin/svnmucc/svnmucc-test.py

By putting svnmucc into a subdirectory the command is not in PATH and can only be used with the full path.

Also, I don't think the svnmucc-test.py is necessary there and can be left out. svnmucc should be at /opt/local/bin/svnmucc.

I'm not sure it's necessary for svnmucc to be installed somewhere in $PATH (and I'm reluctant to move it as we'll need a revision bump that will force everyone to rebuild _and_ it could break anyone who has scripted things expecting it to be in that location).

Would it be OK with you if I make these changes with the next upstream subversion release?

In 1.4.x, mucc was at /opt/local/bin/mucc, so I was expecting svnmucc to be at /opt/local/bin/svnmucc. Subdirectories in /opt/local/bin are not common, and svnmucc can only be used if it is in $PATH.

I have no objections to fix it with the next release. I would have provided a patch if it were urgent ;-)

I'm lame and didn't fix this in the next release (because I forgot).

I've just committed it in r39867, though.
