Description

Building dvipdfmx does not complete due to a "fetch failed". The fetch directory should be

​http://project.ktug.or.kr/dvipdfmx/snapshot/archive/

instead of

​http://project.ktug.or.kr/dvipdfmx/snapshot/current/

or

​http://project.ktug.or.kr/dvipdfmx/snapshot/release/
