Description
mkcatalog-1.1.tar.gz is missing from http://soupnazi.org/files/macports/, hence port install openjade fails.

I removed the MacPorts mirror in r51638 because MacPorts as of 1.7 adds this automatically.
We could change the port to check out mkcatalog.in from the FreeBSD ports CVS repository, which seems to be where the original came from.
Or we could take the distfile mij made and check it in to the MacPorts repository's distfiles section to preserve it. I think this option would be easier and better.

The original freebsd port is self-contained BTW.

Assigning to mij, who hosted the file. I've added the MacPorts mirror to master_sites in r39966, but it would still be nice to have the original source working.
