Description
From an email from Karel Heyse:
The portfile for Octave is outdated, because there is a newer version of Octave, but also because the site has been moved. Octave.org has been discarded it seems.
This is my new portfile, I hope it helps.
Greetings Karel

There were a couple of places in the Portfile where line continuation was used unnecessarily. I went ahead and took the opportunity to make the use of indentation and spacing consistent throughout the file, remove unnecessary line continuations, and add all three file signatures. I also noticed that the old homepage forwards to http://www.gnu.org/software/octave, not the sourceforge page, so I updated that value. Finally, the distname and distsuffix commands were unnecessary because they are at default.
