Unable to upgrade doxygen to 1.5.6_0:

I'm on Mac OS X 10.4.11 Intel with Xcode 2.5 and MacPorts 1.6.0.

My upgrade patch didn't include all changes. Marking this as a duplicate of #16614 since the upgrade wasn't correct. I'll get this fixed tonight.
