Description
Attaching a simple patch to the gnome/libglade2 port so that it probably creates, when necessary, the XML catalog file in ${prefix}/etc/xml/catalog.

Committed revision r40516. I tested it without a catalog and it creates one. If the catalog exists, it does not change it. Thanks!

After further testing, if the ${prefix}/etc/xml is missing, it still fails.
