Description
Would be lovely if someone could make a --with-lqr variant.
See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Seam_carving or http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vIFCV2spKtg if the concept of seam carving is unfamiliar.

does lqr require additional libraries. cause i tried compiling it with lqr and it says i don't have lqr and hence disables it.
checking for LQR... no

And I forgot to add the dependency on the liblqr port. Thanks to Bryan Blackburn for noticing. Added in r40949.
