Description
The MacPorts Guide's section on creating new tickets is either out of date, or incorrect <http://guide.macports.org/#project.tickets>. In particular, there is no Assign To field (at least not one that normal users can see) and the guide does not mention the Port field.

The "Port" field was added recently, after I last updated the screenshot in the guide. The screenshot should be updated and the "Port" field should be mentioned.
The "Assign To" field is another story. It used to be a drop-down menu but then changed to a text field for performance reasons. But I didn't know normal users couldn't see it. The question is: why do we have it configured that way? I think it makes sense to allow everybody to assign tickets, just as the instructions in the Guide say to.
