swig-1.3.36 uses gcj34 which is old and doesn't build on many systems

Description
Can devel/swig have its gcj variant use one of the gcc ports (gcc42 or gcc43 perhaps) which do provide a gcj and can be built successfuly? gcj34 is java-only and a 3.4 version of gcc basically, which means building it with gcc4 (eg, on Intel-based Macs) is troublesome to say the least.
Once done, gcj34 can be purged.
