Description
The GDChart library provides an easy api for creating various charts in png, jpeg, or bmp formats. Uses the gd2 port. It is also an integral part of the FSL MRI analysis suite for which I am working on a Portfile.

Added in r41743, thanks.
A couple of notes: obfuscated your email address with the domain:user tactic we use; replaced the distfiles and worksrcdir settings with just distname (distfiles and worksrcdir are based on distname if you don't override, so makes things a bit simpler); and replaced configure {} with use_configure no which is the preferred method for skipping the configure phase.
