can't install port sqlite3

When i try to install sqlite3, i get the following error. i am running mac os 10.5

--->  Building sqlite3 with target all

its the Leopard TCL env bug, duplicate of #13953, running

sudo port clean sqlite3
sudo port install sqlite3

should do the trick
