Description
xmkmf is not part of the standard XQuartz package from http://xquartz.macosforge.org, so macports needs to have an option for it and add:
build_depend bin:xmkmf:xmkmf to Ports that will use it (Xaw3d and tightvnc are ones I can think of offhand)

Yep, thanks. That should be good. Xaw3d and tightvnc are done. I'm going to leave this open until I've gone through and fixed these:

The imake port appears to install an xmkmf as well, should that be used in a bin:xmkmf:imake section instead?
