darcs-devel is redundant and should be removed

Description

I haven't checked the history of darcs-devel but I guess it was created when darcs was still 1.x during the development phase of 2.x

However the darcs port is now @2.1.2 while darcs-devel is @2.0.0pre4, making it older than darcs, useless and less safe. I don't think there is any reason why it wouldn't be removed.
