Description
cdparanoia does not download properly, which causes the build to fail.

It appears that the hosting account for permuted.net has been suspended. It would probably be more reliable to download from http://www.xiph.org/paranoia/, but there are many differences between MacPorts.org's cdparanoia source tar file and the one offered on xiph, even for the same version (0.9.8). There is a newer xiph version - 0.10.2.
