gimp-user-manual 2.4.2 Checksum mismatch for gimp-help-2.4.2.tar.bz2

While building port gimp-user-manual, version 2.4.2, the following errors were received:

Error: Checksum (md5) mismatch for gimp-help-2.4.2.tar.bz2
Error: Checksum (sha1) mismatch for gimp-help-2.4.2.tar.bz2
Error: Checksum (rmd160) mismatch for gimp-help-2.4.2.tar.bz2

The port system attempted to fetch the file from ​http://gimp.site2nd.org/help/, but a subsequent live check of that site indicated the file to be unavailable. The same file, manually pulled from ​ftp://ftp.gimp.org/pub/gimp/help/ and placed into /opt/local/var/macports/distfiles/gimp-user-manual enabled the build to complete on a subsequent attempt.
