Description
The +gui variant of the graphviz and graphviz-devel ports downloads the 2004 PowerPC Mac OS X Graphviz GUI application by Pixel Glow and patches it to use the latest Graphviz command line tools (instead of the old Graphviz 1.13 command line tools included with it).
Moving this to a port of its own will simplify the graphviz and graphviz-devel ports, will make it easier to install the GUI after you've already installed graphviz or graphviz-devel, and will pave the way for another port graphviz-gui to install the new GUI. (Glen Low of Pixel Glow is working with AT&T to update this old GUI, but the new version requires Leopard, so I still want to keep this older version around for Tiger users.)

New port graphviz-oldgui created in r45914.
Filed #18176 for the creation of the new port graphviz-gui.
Filed #18177 for changing the +gui variant of graphviz and graphviz-devel to refer the user to these other ports instead of pulling in the old GUI themselves.
