Added in r46792, though I can't quite get it to work. I'm ​asking the graphviz-interest list for help.

If this doesn't work, why is it in the published ports tree instead of, say, your user dir?

Well, the port is created, and works as far as it can. Any remaining problems are bugs for the developers to fix.
