configuration of Xastir fails

Error: Target org.macports.configure returned: invalid command name "cd"
Error: Status 1 encountered during processing.

All prerequisite packages installed fine, no problems with any other packages. PowerPC Mac OS X 10.5.6.

The attached patch should fix it, let me know (I didn't test since I don't have all the dependencies).
