new port: mongoose

I am trying to create the port for mongoose, a brand new version of the shttpd server.

But i don't know how to instruct port to download a tarball from google code hosting.

Use:

master_sites googlecode

Or if the google code project name is different from the port's name:

master_sites googlecode:othername
