There are dependencies that do not exist. This will have to wait for those to be created.

Actually, we can remove this ticket.
I was walking down the dependency tree, when I discovered that numpy is not supported in python 2.6. Since this port relies heavily on numpy, I'll wait until that project catches up before submitting.
