Dropping various settings already handled by the PortGroup (name prefix, categories). Removed revision (it was at 0).

For future reference, it would have made sense to usesvn cp to create the new port from py25-psycopg2, and then adjust the few lines that needed changing for py26.

That port does not work properly: ---> Attempting to fetch py26-psycopg2-2.0.9.tar.gz from http://initd.org/pub/software/psycopg/
The name of the file is psycopg2-2.0.9.tar.gz not py26-psycopg2-2.0.9.tar.gz.
