liboil: do not require glib

Description
liboil depends on glib in its current Portfile. glib is only required to build some liboil examples. Take away this dependency to avoid linking in all of glib and dependents.

Some ports have a +examples variant for installing such things, especially if they bring in extra dependencies; seems like it might be a good idea here.
