Ouch, i was sure i had it till i double checked and found xorg-libXau, with an "U" instead of an "W"(maybe it was the same mistake of who packed it).
After installing libXaw it worked perfect.

Fixed in r50177 (maintainer timeout).

Try installing the xorg-libXaw port; if that gets teTeX to work then it needs to be added as a dependency for it.
