caml-findlib update to version 1.2.4 and cleanup

Description

Attached patch updates devel/caml-findlib to 1.2.4 as well as:

  • replaces distfiles & worksrcdir with just distname
  • points to new homepage and mirror site
  • removes unneeded extract.suffix
  • sets ocamlfind_destdir outside of post phases so it needs setting only once
  • uses destroot.keepdirs instead of manual turd file placement
