dbus fails to install in $HOME

Description
I install macports to my $HOME. Dbus fails to install because it's hard coded with the "messagebus" user/group. It should work fine to run as $USER (me) and $HOME/Library/LaunchDaemons is a perfectly legit place for launchctl scripts.

This should be fixed in r49300.

This is actually an issue with the base startupitem code. Some level of workaround should be possible with a variant.
