Description

PyMC is a python module that implements Bayesian statistical models and fitting algorithms, including Markov chain Monte Carlo. As PyMC depends on a fortran compiler, so 3 variants for gcc42/43/g95 are provided. The default variant is gcc43 A patch is needed to compile PyMC with g95. This patch is also sent upstream
