I've just added a patch to correct the checksums in the TeXShop Portfile. For everyone playing at home, you can download the patch and from that directory run
sudo patch /opt/local/var/macports/sources/rsync.macports.org/release/ports/aqua/TeXShop/Portfile Portfile.diff sudo port upgrade texshop
in order to get all caught up with TeXShop until they fix the MacPorts tree.

TeXShop has done stealth updates in the past. Basically, we should commit the checksum changes.

I forgot to make a ticket, but I notified both the maintainer (waqar) and the last to commit to the port (jeremyhu) at the beginning of April of this issue. I haven't had time to verify who's check sums are correct yet. There is a related issue where the port tries unsuccessfully to get the source from the distfiles mirror but grabs the wrong path.
