New port submission: psgml

This is an SGML/XML editing mode for emacs.

Before commiting this, please consider the following outstanding issues, and advise...

• depends_build is currently set to an emacs. However if you, like I, have emacs installed with the

+carbon variant, there is no emacs executable, and so it will use the default darwin emacs in /usr/bin to compile the source. I don't know if this is a problem or not.

• I couldn't work out how to destroot the .info file. Can you please advise, or point to another port that

does this in a simple way? :)

• The supplied makefile does not install the .el source files, only the compiled .elc binaries. This seems

slightly counterintuitive. Do you think the source files are needed also? These can be copied simply from the work directory I guess.

• The default location for various SGML catalog and ECAT files is in /usr/local/... I notice that the

FreeBSD port does a reinplace to change it to the right location. Do you think this is important?
