Description

As I have no commit rights I'll just provide the updated port through this ticket. It builds on my system, binary is not tested for functionality.

Release notes:
I've released mkvtoolnix v2.8.0. This release contains a lot of smaller and larger bug fixes and a new translation to simplified Chinese.
