Description
libmemcached build fails on checking for memcached binary:
checking for memcached... no configure: error: "could not find memcached binary"
I added depends_lib section to Portfile so it fixes the issue.

For people wanting this to work today, here's some potentially useful information. Either wait for the fix, apply the above patch, or more simply first install memcached yourself. (port install memcached). Then, installing libmemcached should work fine.
