Problem with sed when installing ImageMagick
What on earth is "sed s|" trying to achieve?

I do not know! I have not seen this problem before.
What versions of ImageMagick, MacPorts, Xcode and Mac OS X are you using, on what kind of Mac? Does the keyword "SL" mean you're on Mac OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard? If so, you or someone else with SL will have to figure this one out, or report it to the ImageMagick developers; I don't have Snow Leopard.
