couchdb-0.9.0 needs help finding some includes

Description

couchdb's configure script hardcodes /opt/local when trying to find spidermonkey's and erlang's header files, which means other prefixes for MacPorts may have problems.

Attached is a simple patch to make sure it works regardless of the MacPorts prefix.

This patch is still valid for couchdb 0.11.0.

It helped me to get CouchDB running with a custom install dir.
