You need to install the version of Xcode that came with your seed. Xcode 3.1.3 does not work on SnowLeopard.

I know Snow Leopard is not directly supported, but this seems to be a simple problem of not finding crt1.10.5. This file on my machine is under "/Developer/SDKs/MacOSX10.5.sdk/usr/lib/crt1.10.5.o".
How can I get the ./configure script to look there?
