Unable to Install py25-cvxopt

I have tried to clean and update, but no luck. When I try to install, I get the following error: 

gregory-reynolds-macbook-pro:py25-cvxopt Greg$ sudo port install py25-cvxopt

Sounds like you don't have Xcode Tools installed. Please refer to the MacPorts installation instructions.
